Tuned Up Tuesdays: Flash Fiction
The air rushed through her lungs as she fell through the sky. What would happen when she hit the ground? Would she bounce? Would she survive or just break all the bones in her body? There had to be a way to survive this fall. She just had to think of a way. Every time she jumped on the trampoline these thoughts went through her head. Let's see if I can jump higher next time, she giggled as she bounced back into the air.

Flash Fiction: Family Conflict
KB has said I should try my hand at this, so here is my first attempt at flash fiction. Let me know what you think:
The sound of flesh hitting flesh echoed through the house. A scream followed, high-pitched, hurting the ears, then shuffling footsteps. A screen door squeaked open and an old man shuffled out. He said over his shoulder, “I am going to tell the nurse you hit me.” An old woman stood in the doorway with a smile on her face, “Then you shouldn’t have smacked my buttocks.”
